This is about as surprising as California voting Democrat in the upcoming elections as well. Sarcasm, it is not. The demes outspent republicans again. It is a Blue state replacing the current Democrat Governor. The race was closer than anticipated. Northam was anticipated to when by a greater Margin in a Blue State that voted for Hillary. This is no rebuff of Trump!
