You are basically advising her to be a contemptuous, lying, deceiving piece of trash when she could be an honest and upfront person by telling him now (before he gets further emotionally involved) that she just wants sex.
No wonder our society is deteriorating. people are normalizing being immoral, unscrupulous, and nasty.

I would just talk to him & directly ask him if he would be willing to go w/this set-up.

One condition on his part:
No feelings.

Just sex.

If he thinks he can handle it, then it could work.
