We had Aetna (HMO) and got the Aetna negotiated rate at SGF. For some things it is a huge saver. Like half priced IVF (drugs not covered). Half priced FET, etc... because Aetna has other nonfed plans with coverage, shady grove has to honor their contracted rate regardless of which Aetna plan you have, which is why lots of feds get Aetna and go to SGF.

Yes, I have fed employee carefirst and it has covered 50% of my IUIs. Has come to about $400 out of pocket per cycle.

What are the best plans right now for feds if you need IVF? I'm on one of the Federal high deductible plans with Aetna but can switch if anything has changed with coverage of IVF.

In-network Healthy Blue Advantage HDHP appears to only have a $35 copay in network, $80 copay out of network. Is there an obvious reason people are avoiding this plan that I am missing? Thanks!!!
