They all believed in themselves before taking the leap to believe in someone else.

Yes and Princess Kate married practically right out of college. Princess Diana was right out of high school.

Being an old bride vs a young bride has nothing to do with it.

OP does this mean you are going to switch your hate from Princess Kate to Megan?

Princess Kate married at 29. Far from just out of college. It just seemed that way because she never bothered with a real career.

Revisionist history much? Kate got married at 29 and was called the oldest woman to marry a future King in British history.

Diana died heartbroken after saying 'well there were three people in this marriage, so it was a little crowded from the beginning'.

Kate waited and knew what she wanted - sure William could have proposed sooner but she is freaking happy. Diana got married to a man who she couldn't see was in love with someone else, even though the world loved her.

Kate i
was much closet to 25 or even college than she was to menopause like Amal.

What are you specifically jealous of? The money or the fame?
The not really having to do anything with your life?

Except Markle did marry earlier and got divorced.

So? Contrast that to the advice women get on DCUM to put up with shitty DHs because if they divorce, she'll be alone with 15 cats while he'll be off banging 20 year olds.

Clearly, divorce isn't nearly as disastrous for women as some men would like us to believe.

I think this is the answer. OP needs some help it's not healthy for an adult to be so invested in the lives of people she doesn't know that she's feeling jealous.

Kate married her college boyfriend. So no she didn't marry right out of college, but she might as well have. She never really got to experience life as a single adult.

Obviously not for a gorgeous young tv actress who makes really good money from time to time.

This from the mom who probably did lines of cocaine in college but now lives in suburbia like a boring good girl? Oh shut it.

My aunt did. She dreamt of marrying a prince named X her whole life and she was on vacation in London, met a guy, turned out he was a Lord, upped and moved to his country a year later, they got married, adopted my cousin, and the Lord died in a bike accident 3 years later.

She moved back home with her toddler, met my uncle 5 years later, and has been married ro him for 26 years.

She was unmarried for 29 years. She dated people before William, and she and William broke up a few times. I wouldn't say she didn't experience life before she married. She wasn't 19 when they got engaged like Diana was.

She didn't to keep the title and/or money? Wait, did she just marry an impoverished noble then?
