This is why I hate the mommy wars that plays out on this board (though not in real life, at least for me!). I work a flexible schedule - not PT but 32 hours a week - and I just think the more moms like me who are out there doing this, and showing it works, or like other moms I work with, who do shorter days, or telecommuting, etc., advances the "work-life balance" movement for every mom (and dad - though I do think it's more of a mom thing).

Yet we continue to bash each other instead of trying to support each other. I hear ya is all I'm saying.
