I am the one who posted and said I had Ecoli which presented with symptoms like this. I didn't go to the ER as it only happened when I had diarrhoea and stopped after a few days. I just went to the doctors who did a stool test and confirmed Ecoli. There is no point in scaring OP unless like I said, there is constant blood and other new symptoms appear.
Salad and raw veggies are a common source of food poisoning. Hope you went to the ER. Good luck! Please let us know how you are doing. |
OP, you need to be seen in the ER. But, don't panic. When blood mixes with even a little water, it looks much, much worse than it is. At the very least, you need fluids. Hope you are on your way in.
The salad could easily have done it.
With the lead pipe.
Bright red? Probably have an internal hemroid that’s bleeding. You most likely irritated it with the the roughage. As others have said, go see your dr. And be calm, the anxiety will make things worse.
*hemorrhoid
Yep, salad sounds like the culprit there.
How are you OP?
I hope you are ok, OP. And I hope the ER is confirming it. please check back!
ER- def
How are you doing, OP? I hope you are receiving good care.
If it was the salad let us know the brand. It should be recalled. Hope you are ok OP.

I had this last year for a few days. I was sure I had pancreatic cancer or something awful. I hadn't eaten anything new or questionable (to the best of my knowledge). It went away and I've been fine since.
I ate bland foods (scrambled eggs, toast, ice pops, vitamin water, cheerios) for a couple of days afterwards (I wasn't eating during that time). I was very conscious of washing my hands well after using the bathroom and before eating. No idea what caused it. |
OP here, it was E coli. I am recovered now. Thank you for the support x
