Night flight to Paris

DO NOT TAKE WOW AIRLINE!

I posted a thread a week ago about some relatives who had been bumped off and cancelled on WOW (two separate flights), and their difficult journey through different European airports to get to us. They arrived a day late and completely exhausted, had slept in one of these airports and all the rest of it.

They're a low-cost carrier based in Iceland. I knew the CEO back when he ran a software company. The issue is to most places, they only have 1 flight a day, so if that gets cancelled, you'll be waiting for a while. For business, I"d never take WOW.

Air France will offer the best flight, I split my time between here and Paris. I just flew back on business earlier this week, flight AF0054, those huge double decker planes. Business class seat basically reclines all the way, it’s like your kind of in a pod. Food is great, service great, lounge for airline is nice at IAD and superb at CDG (if you are in gate M). Remember AF gets priority at CDG, so their planes usually get to take off and land first. AF however can sometimes have major labor disputes.

I have flown United, but wasn’t pleased at all with business accommodations, last time was two years ago. I actually flew WDC to Detroit and then CDG (Detroit has a surprisingly nice and efficient airport btw)

AF has added a daily second flight in both directions, so you do have a few options.
