Not OP but ask any female bodybuilder who has taken roids to get huge. One side effect is that their clitoris grows to the size of small
Penises. If you don’t know anyone to ask just Google female bodybuilder nude.

An ignorant woman abusing a hormone illegally is not a useful anecdote for a 50 year plus woman considering doctor supervised hrt.

Your PCOS also involves a progesterone deficiency. Women always have a little testosterone made by their ovaries - until they get older and it starts to wane.
But a typical woman's hormones are balanced with estrogen, progesterone and testosterone (and other hormones) working together. Something is off with your hormone balance and it's not just the testosterone.

If you have too much testosterone it causes acne, oily skin and other issues. If you have a good amount it gives you beautiful skin, a healthy sex drive and passion for life.

Are you on spiralactone and progesterone?

Odds are it's your low progesterone that is causing your fatness as progesterone aids inburning fat instead of storing it.

Read the whole thing (it's fascinating), but highlights pertaining to you:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progesterone

Progesterone plays an important role in the signaling of insulin release and pancreatic function, and may affect the susceptibility to diabetes or gestational diabetes.[78][79]

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Testosterone

Progesterone reduces gall-bladder activity.[76]
Progesterone normalizes blood clotting and vascular tone, zinc and copper levels, cell oxygen levels, and use of fat stores for energy.

I'm actually taking spirolactine for high testosterone. I'm thin and not hairy.

The women I run into in DC have more than enough testosterone.
