Need help evaluating significant job change that would require a move

No, I'm not being dramatic. I work in dangerous situations out in the community and without the support of the Sheriff's office, I could literally be in danger.

I do need to relax, I am stressed but I'm not crazy. These are valid, significant issues at work. I'm not the only one at work who has noticed that it my agency has become hostile towards me. If I was the only one noticing these things and other professionals did not see an issue then that would be an issue.

The issues facing a job change are also significant and this is a stressful situation all around. There is no easy solution. It is totally normal to feel stressed out with a situation like this.
