| Yes, a friend of mine is good friends with one of the women who started it and raves about the quality of the clothing. It's legit! |
We bought a great hoodie for my DD from this company last year and it was nice and thick and held up really well. |
| The halloween section on the website is ADORABLE. I've been wanting to try it and probably will for halloween costumes. They have a 20% off code if you sign up for emails. |
| We got footie pjs and we're happy with for my 12 mos old. Didn't need to return. Quality was good. |
| I ordered a few items there for my daughter's gym uniform for middle school -- they arrived quickly and she likes wearing the T shirts so much she wants me to order a few more just to have. Sizing seemed fine but we haven't washed them much so I can speak to shrinkage. Shipping took a few days longer than I had anticipated but nothing outrageous. |
Did you put it in the dryer? |

We have a stack of the longer shorts (with button/elastic inside of the waistband), the short pajama tops/bottoms, a few of the basic t-shirts, and I just ordered a bunch of the 4-pocket pants (note: no button/elastic on the waistband).
All are soft, and all have held up well in washer/dryer. We have made returns twice, and the process was incredibly easy (as detailed by PP). Returns were for sizing (first, to get shorts in larger size, since adjustable waistband meant we could tighten larger shorts - and get two seasons of wear; second was because I tried the same trick with pants, and discovered that the pants, at least in my child's size, lack the button/elastic to make them adjustable) - and I immediately reordered the correct sizes. First time customers can get a 20% off coupon, too! FWIW, we usually stick with Polo brand for quality, and Primary is similar (no problems with softness/fading/defects, and great customer service). |

Yes!!! LOVE the plain bright colors. The hoodies are great as are the footed and footless pajamas and baby pants.
I do not like the onesies. The cotton is so stretchy that by the time my baby has worn it for a half hour it's all stretched down over his shoulders. I do not like the drawstring shorts; the string is too thin and ripped the drawstring hole. The baby pants are very thin; they do not hold up with a crawling baby outside. HOWEVER, Their customer service is excellent. They are a new company and always taking feedback, so I wrote to them about the shorts and pants and offered feedback (reinforce the knees and the drawstring opening) and they credited my account, no questions asked. I didn't even have to return the clothes! |
I mean if clothes for toddlers and preschoolers (and even babies!) require being hung to dry they are way too high maintenance to be functional. |

Agree with everyone that the quality is great. Unfortunately, also agree that their baby stuff runs small. I bought some stuff for my then 9 month old, and a couple things he only wore 1-2x. The arms were short and the pants got tight really quickly. My DS grew fast, but he did not outgrow any other clothes that fast.
due to that experience, I haven't ordered again. I feel I can get cheaper, well-made clothes. |
I just looked at bike shorts, and Primary.com was much cheaper. So might depend on the item. |
| I order tons of stuff. I have liked all of it and wash and dry all of it. I haven't noticed any particular weird shrinkage issue. its all cotton so thats pretty typical. we order the PJs, shorts, reversible skirts and swimsuits. I was especially happy with the swimsuit and rash guards, much much better quality than the Lands End suits I had previously bought. You get discounts if you order more than one thing. I also like that all the colors are the same across all the times so easy to mix and match. |

I order from them and part of why I like them is that they are narrowly cut and soft. I have a child with eczema and soft is important.

I do not dry anything except towels, sheets, socks, and underwear. I stopped drying stuff when I noticed how faded and shrunk everything was becoming. |
Wow, how big is your house to lay out all that laundry to dry?! |
