Primary.com-Has anyone ordered from this website?

Anonymous
I've been trying to find a couple of plain hoodies for my 5 month old. I've seen this website advertised and looked at it this morning. It seems like they have what I am looking for. I was curious if others have ordered from there. How was the service? Are returns easy?

TIA

A friend raves about this site and we have gotten some hand me downs. Great quality, though I can't speak to returns or service.

We love their clothes. High quality.

Yes. I have bought tank tops and bike shorts from there, and I thought the quality was good and the material is nice and soft. I plan to buy from them again.

Service is great. I find the sizes for baby clothes to be on the smaller side for most things (similar to Tea collection and Gap), but runs larger for the hoodies, so maybe order your current size for your five month old in a hoodie, and size up one size for onesies, etc. The baby pants are my favorite, the sweatpants are also awesome. Everything has washed and dried really well and looks practically new. I've never returned anything, but they ship really quickly.

Yes. The quality of the clothes is great. Returns are free which is nice but does require a little more work. You need to email their customer service that you'd like to make a return and then they email you a label. Not hard, but you can't just click a button like on Amazon.
One word of warning- I have found their colors to be darker in person than they appear on the site. While they market themselves as having lots of great solid colors I find myself disappointed in their color selection sometimes for my DD. I think their palate works better for boys.

We've been really happy with clothes from there. My older child, who is very picky about her clothes, was excited about how soft the material is. The boys' shorts run large.

No experience with returns.

made several orders and love their clothes.

I would caution only that one shirt we bought ripped on the armhole seam on the first wearing and the shorts and pants run tight in the waist for my chubby kid, at least compared to, say, lands end.

We order from there all the time and love it. They run small-ish and tall/skinny (which is perfect for my tall skinny baby). She has one of the baby hoodies and it is good quality.

In general I like their onesies and sleepers better than bottoms- we've had some inconsistencies with leggings/shorts where the waistbands didn't seem constructed quite right. But the baby pants have always been great! Service has been good but I have not returned anything so can't speak to that.

I love the philosophy of primary. But thought it was a tad pricey. I tend to go on Amazon and order French Toast basics. They are very durable, since it is a uniform supplier, and the shirts come in every color under the sun. Here is a hoodie I like: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DDFY1U8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_Z0TUzbWC9QW65

Love their stuff, Have ordered for my two boys as well as our baby niece. Her mother loves purple and they have the most beautiful deep eggplant color. I think I ordered everything they carry in that purple!
