Bed Bugs - What city, country and type of lodging did you get them from?

I'm pretty sure we picked them up in Belize about 8 years ago. We stayed at highly rated hotels in 2 different parts of the country. One was brand new, the other appeared run down but was apparently the nicest hotel on the particular Caye.
