This or even greek yogurt. delicious. Try celery salt and garlic salt.

The real answer is a can of evaporated milk (not sweetened, obviously). It won’t burn or curdle and helps other dairy not separate.
You will need salt and other seasoning to taste.

You can also make a really quick bechamel sauce and that'll get the job done as a thinking agent
