Yes. Also I noticed upon rewatching that Carrie is SUCH a gold digger. She lives through her parade of rich boyfriends. Its so gross! She has no financial understanding or assets of her own. |
Yes! B***h sell those shoes!!! |
^ Completely agree with the last 3 PPs. And then Charlotte gave her the $$! ARGH |
Yes I thought that was bizarre |
Carrie had so many bad moments, but the period where she was at her worst was when she and Aiden got back together. She was downright cruel, expecting him to accept Big as part of her life after all that happened the prior season. The worst was when she invited Big to Aiden's summer home. She had the EQ of a gnat. Imagine reading something like that on the Relationship board - how do I convince my SO to be ok with me being friends with my ex-AP? |
Their names even lend themselves to such a thread: A = current boyfriend B = former affair partner C = confused (narcissistic?) OP |
And you KNOW Carrie never paid her back. That first royalty check she got from her book deal? Should have been handed straight to Charlotte. Instead, she went shopping at Prada. Oh, so much hate for that character... |
I always liked Miranda. |
I'm the PP you responded to and yassss, sista, speak the truth! |
How do I not remember Charlotte giving Carrie money for her condo???!!! How did that all go down? |

I thought it was more that Miranda and Samantha offered to loan her money, which Carrie declined, and Charlotte didn't, not just that Charlotte didn't offer. |
This is what I remember as well. She was upset that Charlotte didn't offer when both Samantha and Miranda offered. |
But then the money she actually took was from selling Charlotte's ring. She didn't actually take any money from Samantha or Maranda, or from Big who actually gave her a check. |
Because Charlotte convinced her that getting rid of the ring would help her move on from being Mrs. Trey McDougal. Supposedly it was a loan, but I wish they'd shown Carrie repaying her. Or at least that was my take. |
