Makes you worry about your young kid riding their bike unattended in the neighborhood. Damn.

No, it really doesn't. This guy is a predator who was grooming his victim over two years--building his trust, "helping" him out by giving him a job.

Well you have to wonder how he met the kid to groom him? Sexual predators are typically very friendly.

No, you don't. He was a teacher. Predators often take jobs like teachers, coaches, etc. so they can easy access to kids.

No, he hired a neighborhood kid to do yard work for him! He wasn't the victim's teacher. Read the article.

But police are asking if he had any inappropriate incidents with anyone else. We don't yet know if his only victim was the teen hired to do yard work.

The man is 73. Pretty unlikely this is the only time this has happened.

Wait for those facts then. In America, that is a principle of justice we extend to the accuser and accused.

This is weird. You do know that there are millions of teachers that are not predators, right?

What for he teach at Latin? He's kind of old to be teaching. . .

I'd be shocked if he didn't assault any of his students. This is how they caught him.

Why don't you wait for the facts, rather than speculate?

The 'article' just details the experience of the first person to accuse him - more will come later, I'm sure.
Or would YOU trust this guy to teach your kids?

Nice try at spin - not buying it.

People mostly ignore boys' complaints and boys are much less likely to speak out also - so they aren't often caught until late.

Or coach, priest, youth minister, friendly neighbor, friend's parent, counselor, etc.

Or family member, parent of another child, Gardner, construction worker, cop, social worker, banker, lawyer ....

Bankers and lawyers have less access to kids. They're more likely to commit different kinds of crimes.

Of course, we all believed a girl was raped in the bathroom at Rockville High until the facts came out.

Don't worry, even if he is convicted and serves prison time he can still hire a lawyer when he gets out and get himself off the sex offender list and rape more boys. The key is having enough money - why don't you set up a GoFund me site?

They did - she was 14, screaming and there was blood everywhere. It wasn't rape because they were all illegal immigrants and not worth our county prosecutors money or time.
