I don't quite agree with the docile and submissive thing but I totally believe that she was WAY more into him; than he into her. I think she broke Scott Foley's heart so this seemly eerily karmic.

I am huge Ben Affleck fan but he ain't the marrying kind. I LOVE Scott Foley and he is sexier than Ben on any given day. I think she fell in love with the exciting movie star and ditched her boring TV actor spouse; the girl from W.Va got bit by Hollywood and it bit her in the butt.

I agree. If you watch the video of them prior to dating when they were at the poker table, she couldn't keep her eyes off of him. He was a dick to her even then. She's a normal loving girl next door. He's a complete tool.

I have this theory that Ben Affleck is pretty obviously a self involved narcissistic hot mess. People like that do not generally do well in long term relationships or in situations where they have to give to others.

I think from both his relatonships with the Jennifers he was utterly bored and felt suffocated. These women were clearly gaga about him and were all in. He liked the chase but once he had them wrapped around his finger, he got bored.

His body language/videos with both J.Lo and J. Garner are painful to watch because they are obviously gushing over him and he can't be bothered.









I get the sense that he thinks he's this deep intellectual and J.Lo is too low class for him.

J. Garner too mumsy and middle class. She is safe and predictable and adores him. But he also adores himself!





I think he probably felt the most invest with Gwyneth Paltrow. She is equally as self absorbed and actually during their tiem together did the push pull he usually pulls on women.






Gwyneth has never lacked self esteem. She thinks very highly of herself and can hold her own around him and even dare put him in his place! Apparently she really tried to class him up and guide and direct his artistic success. From the way he talks about her its obvious he holds her in high regard. For once he was not good enough for HER.

Both the Jennifers were gaga for him and he treated them like dirt.
