This encapsulates the problem with LEAP, at least in my building. If the coach is good, it's great. If the coach is bad, it's terrible. The teachers in my building who are happy with LEAP have a great coach working with them. The rest...not so much.

PP here. Yeah, I understand. As much as our coach drives me crazy sometimes, she is really amazing and so helpful.
