Cute or fussy?

I vote for the anthro jacket over the J Crew one. It definitely has more personality and if you like to have personality, then you must pick that one over the other. It could be worn very tastefully with dark washed jeans and a neutral colored shirt underneath. That's how I envision it.

Regardless, I would steer away from looking that much like Prince. If it were a different color or the ruffle were a little smaller, that would be another story.

I like it, but shapes like this are hard--unless it's exactly the right length for you from shoulder to waist, it's not going to sit right.
