OP here. Relax, I admitted to having muffin top for God's sake.

that's not enough. you need to be at least 40 lbs overweight

If your jeans are falling, your that means you have a flat butt. Time to do some squats.

You must've offended that pp who is a size 18 or something. How is having a muffin top and being a size 10 considered skinny?

Did you read the part where OP said she had a round butt?

I have the same body shape, and used to be the same size (when I was having this problem, in fact). Your pants are too big. I buy the rockstar jeans from Old Navy in the stretchiest denim they have, and they are very flattering and stay in place! And no super low rise, you need something that hits closer to the waist.

Then you don't know how to buy pants that are the full rise to the waist. Those are the only pants that stay up unless you buy skin tight pants as most do, or use a tight belt.

High rise.

My belly has rolls, I been buying 27inch waist jeans ( Silvers) I love the way they fit, the waist seems a little loose but I don't like super tight jeans. I've bought another brand that fits real well in a size 4. But both style of jeans seem to slide down when I bend over or sit down. I'm constantly pulling up my jeans. Should I be buying a smaller a size or what?

That happens to me too and therefore I don't wear jeans but it's because my waist is bigger than my hips.

When I was better proportioned years ago I would wear Levi's which were not stretchy, and they fit fine and stayed up well.

I think it's too much lycra in the fabric.

Exactly. 2 % lycra or none should do it. More importantly - the waistband should be built to hold the rest of the pant. Most new jean companies make waistbands too light and that's why sometimes you'll pull the belt loops off. That never happens with Levis.

I have this problem too and do NOT have a small waist, more like small hips. I just buy high waisted jeans and then wear a belt that isn’t visible bc the pants are high enough.

Np...I agree with PP. I seriously doubt she has an actual butt bc it’s not possible for pants to slide down if you have something stopping them (ie actual hips and butt).

Yes. My very stylish 18DD taught me this...go down a size.

This does not work if you are more apple shaped, you WILL give yourself muffin top, sadly. I'm in decent shape but my waist and hips are about the same measurements. Always have been. I have no booty and little waist definition. Sadly I also have excess skin after kids so buying anything tight makes us look bigger than we are
