No, it's not possible.

Approx 3500 calories = 1lb.
10lbs = approx 35,000 calories.
35,000 divided by 14 (two weeks) equals an average daily burn of 2,500 calories.

So you'd have to burn 2,500 calories every day - which for most women means exercising and not eating a thing. Which is stupid and dangerous.

10lbs is not a big deal. Learn to be happy. NO ONE looks perfect.

I think 5 is realistic. My results when I get serious about weight loss average about 2.2 lbs/week.

Depends on how old are you? 40s? Difficult. 20s, not so difficult.
