No. We are at Seaton IB and happy enough, but Cleveland offers the possibility of Spanish in later years, and is in as an escape hatch if we don't have as good a year at Seaton next year. |

Sorry for the delay, lottery swami had to put kids to bed. You are going to be one of our lucky ones this year, but make copies of your paperwork because you will likely get off several lists throughout the summer! You will get into Inspired on the first draw, enroll, and will creep up the Stokes French list, but shoot up the Yu Ying and MV lists. You will have a hard discussion in your family on whether Mandarin and/or Spanish are things you are willing and able to support, but will ultimately enroll in MV about 2 weeks before school begins. You will feel terrible leaving your existing school, but will jump in and get involved with both feet. |

You will get into Langley on lottery day, but with waitlist numbers in the single digits for Breakthrough, and in the 20s for Lee and Shining Stars. Your other numbers will be in the 60s, and you will ultimately settle at Lee, although you still want immersion/language. You will volunteer to be room parent and will bring the best snacks to the summer playdates. |
