How did you know how immune issues are affecting your fertility/pregnancy. I am ANA positive (1:180) and have psoriasis. Before trying to get pregnant, should i get my TNF Alpha tested and get in with an RE or do people only do that if they have problems getting pregnant/carrying to term?

yes, they test people with repeated/unexplained failures.

If you are ANA positive you should definitely get a higher level consult with a MFM and/or RE/RI to see how this impacts your fertility. Someone I know was +ANA but - for lupus but had to be on blood thinners to stay pregnant. I'd think you need to be on lovenox at the least and maybe also possibly prednisone. I'd really hate for you to learn after you have a loss that you needed those medications.
