Freedom of the press does not require the president-elect to answer dip shit reporters from CNN.

+100

It's all crap except weather reporting, which is a blast.

Print news only.

+1 though I don't have cable so I couldn't if I wanted to. Read the papers online and listen to NPR.

It's not about being required to answer a question. It's about general decency and decorum. Something Peotus knows nothing about - his behavior is absolutely boorish.

Agreed - and I am not a Trump supporter.

Like a pp said, the first amendment offers the freedom to ask questions. It also gives Trump the right to refuse questions.

If the press feels strongly about it they can walk out of the press conference. Trump will just communicate by tweeting.

Well you shouldn't because there is nothing to stop him from shutting down the sources you trust as well. Jim Acosta is not some blogger partisan hack, he's tough and fair and has a highly respected resume among all journalists (political bent not withstanding), Jesus, Fox News correspondents even expressed displeasure with that interaction.

Do people REALLY want that slope to start, access shut off or highly selected via agenda? Really? Because that's how you get illegal servers never coming to light, et al.

I should hope I know what this word means and what it entails, considering my years of fancy book learnin' about our government . And of course a genuine interest in history, with a father who has a degree in that topic and years as a history buff.

Brooke Baldwin, Don Lemon and Wolf get my vote.

I watched Anderson Cooper interview Kellyanne Conway and thought he behaved exactly like she did. Answering questions with questions, denying things that were provable and just smug , in your face attitude.

So I am going with Anderson Cooper.

CNN is now the laughing stock of all news. I agree that it's pretty much fake news.

Van Jones is my favorite commentator. Followed by Bakari Sellers. I dislike the any of the Trump defenders on any network.
