New cutoff is $127,200 , with an annual employee max of $7886 according to my agency's email.

And, BTW, in our agency, paid though the DOI, wages for 2017 count through 12/22, with EF deposit on 12/29.

Individuals are cash-basis tax payers. It matters not how the agency factors your pay periods, it's when you get the cash that counts for taxes.

And the agency calendar says they will not officially release funds/the official payday is not until 1/2/18, like this year. What matters is what your W2 says. Even though my paycheck was not supposed to post until today, it posted Friday. My W2 for 2016 will not reflect this payment. My W2 for 2017 will. The same thing happened last year.
