Why should your hateful opinions about who other people choose to love have any voice? |
You don't CHOOSE to love someone of the same sex. In fact, you actually don't have a choice. Tomorrow I won't be waking up, saying to myself, "Today, I choose to love a woman instead of a man." If choice comes into play, then conversion therapy does work. |
Uh, I didn't say that. But you do choose to love a specific person. Why on earth anyone's choice in partner affects any other grown adult to the point they want laws made against it is beyond me. |
Because many people, in considering the anatomy of males and females, as well as their ability to procreate, view homosexuality as unnatural. |
So? two consenting adults who are in a relationship does not affect you. You really don't need to bleat on about how you personally find it unnatural. It's not your relationship, don't worry about it. I will never understand this about anti LGBT people. Why do you CARE how other adults choose to live their lives? Worry about your own marriage and quit trying to legislate other adults' love lives. |
PP here. I didn't say those were my beliefs; I was answering a question. |
| Loudmouths are annoying. Because they're loudmouths, not because they're gay. |
They aren't hateful and they aren't opinions. Many many people know that the homosexual lifestyle is sinful and should not be formalized as marriage. Civil unions in the eyes of the governors are one thing, but only God established marriage. |
| To each his own but why do the dancing boys of the middle east who are forced as kids then become gay? Why did all the kids of menudo, ricky martins boy group also come out as gay after being molested by their manager? If being gay is natural why does it seem like it wasnt for them |
Because it's my society and I don't like its attempts to normalize perversion. Yes, that does "affect me." |
Yes, we've already seen your anti-minority voice. That stance seems to be OK with a lot of you. Think not? Last night Trump rally, did you notice after the red meat (with chants of lock her up) serving, Trump told the audience time to come together and bigotry not a good thing. Reaction? Almost total silence. Crooked press? Screams and delight. Your anti-LGBT and anti-minority stance, PP, you got what you wanted last night. |
Own it then, pp. I wish you horrible Trump supporters would stop prefacing your comments with, "I'm not a racist/xenophobe/anti-gay/fill in the blank, but I voted for Trump." We all know why you voted for Trump. It essentially comes down to this: there are good people and bad people, and the bad ones voted for Trump. Own it. Because there's no way a decent person would vote for Trump/Pence. |
Np. Americans top priority is not gay rights but immigration, border controls, and the economy. Its libs who have their panties in a bunch and want marches, violent protests and stereotype trump voters. |
| Pp here. Oh yeah im a minority female trump voter too |
I'm a bleeding heart liberal who wants border control. Guess what? Everyone does...including HRC. Heck, Obama did a far better job at border control than W. But there's a difference between securing the border and what Trump is doing. He's merely throwing around anti-immigrant rhetoric to pander to the bad people out there. Look: Trump isn't going to cart off immigrants that are here...his business relies on them for construction, landscaping, etc. (and his billionaire cabinet members and corporate cronies do as well). He's not going to build a wall...he just said that to appease the simpleton racists he was courting. He's said ridiculous anti-Muslim nonsense, and I don't think we really know what he will do with that. I mean, he said a bunch of hateful anti-Muslim things and Turkey was so incensed they started pulling his name off of the buildings over there...until he praised their strongman leader's actions during a coup. So, who knows? Trump not only speaks out of both sides of his mouth depending on the audience...he also speaks out of his ass, making up nonsense and it's hard to tell if it's because he has a bizarre purpose or if he's just a crazy person. |
