I second Rob Lowe & Leah Remini's books. + 1.

A surprising juicy read is Corey Feldman's memoir.
I honestly didn't expect I would like it as much as I did.

Tatum O'Neals "A Paper Life" is a must-read.
She writes so honestly about her complicated relationship w/her Father Ryan as well as her horrible Hollywood childhood.

Madonna's brother wrote a super-juicy tell all about his famous sister which will get you hooked.

I love memoirs - one of my favorite genres.

I'd second Graham's book.

Also:
Don't Let's Go to the Dogs Tonight: An African Childhood - by Alexandra Fuller
Liar's Poker - Michael Lewis
Just Kids - Patty Smith
A Walk in the Woods: Rediscovering America on the Appalachian Trail - Bill Bryson
The Year of Magical Thinking - Joan Didion
Heat - Bill Buford (Tons of great food-related memoirs: Ruth Reichl's books, Blood, Bones and Butter)
My Family and Other Animals – Gerald Durrell

Gah, there are so many, these are just off the top of my head...
