I feel bad for him in the sense that I think he is ill and is not getting the right help. His entire life, including his troubles, screams bipolar type 2 to me, which is oftem undiagnosed and/or mistreated. His life would be different if he were on a proper dose of lithium, a mood stabilizer and no antidepressants.

I feel badly for Anthony Weiner.

He has a problem with sexting and flirting online but he has never actually met up with these online women.

I am astounded that the FBI is investigating this. The man did not meet anyone in real life. He mistakenly sexted with an oversexed teen (who should be scolded by her parents.)

He should (and prob. already has) get some counseling. I feel bad for Huma too.

It is awful that their personal issues are all over the media.

This is a "sex scandal" with zero actual sex.

Yes, he's a villian, but villians also suffer. I've seen it up close. It is awful to see. Doesn't excuse his actions and it won't save his marriage or keep him out of jail.

Sounds like Huma didn't have much sexual appetite and probably limited sexual experience before marrying Anthony. And Anthony is a horndog, so he was basically forced to do what he had to do to get his rocks off. Correct me if I'm wrong he didn't meet these girls or hire prostitutes, right? A 52 year old man "sexting" a 15 year old is indefensible. There is no excuse for it. None. It's not o.k. that he did that.
