Any good home rental sites besides Craigslist?

To the PP, who wanted to email OP the list of homes, are you not supposed to disclose you are a realtor? I mean I understand Realtors are hungry, but I find it irritating and almost dishonest.

Argh! OP here. Thanks to the pp who recommended realtor.com, my husband and I found an awesome house last night and went to see it this afternoon. We put our application in, and wrote a deposit check out to the realtor. We were just waiting for the credit check to clear, when the realtor called and said that the other couple they had shown it to this morning just signed the lease! Crap!!!! So bummed, it would have been perfect So I guess the search continues, anymore recommendations appreciated, thanks!

I am a realtor as well, and if you want to go it on your own, the information on longandfoster.com and homesdatabase.com is updated MUCH more frequently than on realtor.com. Obviously using a realtor will get you the best information, and is free. Not sure why someone would be irritated by one offering to help.

Um, hey, whoa, OP here. Who cares if you're a realtor or not? I don't care if you work at Pizza Hut, if you know of some available properties, send 'em my way. We have a very limited timeframe to find a place thanks to our current living situation and the fact that I am EIGHT months pregnant, holy crap. Another rec for homesdatabase.com - it's the site my realtor recommends. You can search for rentals on that site as well as homes for sale and they are updated very frequently - I currently get listings emailed to me and get several each day as information changes.
