Trump doesn't have to incite a thing. Every time there's a terrorist attack, every time their insurance bill goes up, every time another illegal kills an American citizen, every time a veteran dies due to neglect by our government, a conservative is 'incited.'

I would not be at all surprised if this was done by a conservative to blame liberals. It has happened before.
