Bar-T at your school: Do they take away outdoor time?

Have you seen the Bar-T workers? They look like they rather sit inside than play with kids anyway.

I don't know what school your kid attends, but the Bar-T staff at ours is awesome. They are fully engaged with the kids inside and outside. FWIW, my kids have never said anything about losing outdoor time so I don't think that happens at our location.

This was one of the reasons we pulled my son from Bar-T. It was crazy punitive.

Sounds like a nightmare and something I would not pay for - it is contrary to their needs at this age. I would complain to the school, the program director and speak to the site director. I am in VA so I don't know how this works.
