If they are just going out to the clubs together, dancing to music together, having some drinks...so what?

As long as no one is drinking or driving or fooling around with the guys at the clubs, NBD.

OP, I'm with you - this is not for me - but why not just say "no" and accept that you have different needs? I don't see the problem in declining to go with them.
