| 4 months - DW and I used up all of our leave and weren't in a position for one of us to stay at home. We didn't do an in home daycare, but rather a non-chain daycare (like, not Bright Horizons or La Petite Academy). He stayed there for three years until we moved from DC to Montgomery County. Now DW works from home and he's in pre-school 3 days a week for 3 hours a day. Honestly, I think full day was better for him, but we're still adjusting. |
| Planned 4 months but she showed up early so ended up being 5 months. It was a great age. She was really ready for the interaction and we were all getting some sleep. Hope I can stay home 5 months again with the one I'm expecting. |

4 months.
My mom watched DC until then. |
| 16 mos in a center. We were lucky to have a family friend watch her for a year after we went back to work. |
| Both kids started nearly-FT daycare at a center at 10 weeks. The second time was waaaay easier (obv, lol) bc DC2 was a much easier infant, and bc we knew the infant lady was/is the gold standard. Both healthy, both happy, etc. |
| Which day cares do you guys trust with your tiny babies? |
| 4 months and 3 months. In-home daycare recommended by friends. |
| DC1 at 1.5, DC2 at 3 months. 1.5 was a great age, DC1 was really ready to be around other kids. It was a rough start for DC2, but it's great now at 8 months. They smile so big and reach out when they see their teachers in the morning. |
Obviously not. Not sure why you even bothered having children if you can't love them. There now you have a reason to be defensive. |
| 13 weeks at a center, and he's still there over 2 years later. |
| 14 weeks at a center. He's seemed to love it since the beginning, still going strong at almost 2. |

DD1 18 months
DD2 6 months DD3 6 months I tried to find a nanny with no luck after DD2 so we went with a center. Sayed at the same center until Pre K. |
My church daycare. God loving mature women. 5 adults to 8 kids in the 6 week to 12 month room. Cameras to check in if I want. |
| 6 months. She was supposed to start at 3 months but I couldn't do it. My mom came to watch her for 2.5 months. |
| 6 Weeks part time... M-W-F.... the center was close and could pop in anytime and the staff was amazing!!!! Switched to full-time at 2 and stayed at the school until Kindergarten. |
