That's not the issue -- she's stuck at home and can't get to the store to get another test (or to check the box of the CVS brand test to confirm her results). Good luck OP! |

OP here- finally was able to get out of my house and check cvs. the test was positive! i bought a pack of first response to double check and that test was also positive.
thank you for all your support. this is why i love the dc urban mom forum. you guys gave me great ideas, like calling cvs, which i hadn't thought of, and helped me get through a stressful day. thanks even for defending me from the one poster. |
| Congratulations!!! |

Congratulations!!! After a VERY faint line on my first positive test, I have sworn I will only use the digital kind in the future.

I took 3 pregnancy test 3 days before my period was due because I had the suspicion that I was pregnant. All three test gave me a very faint line or + sign. Basically because it was so early my hCG levels were low, therefore making the results very light. A week later after i missed my period i went to the ob/gyn for a pregnancy test and the result was positive. I hope this help.

Congratulations OP!!!! It was fun checking in with you later in the day to find out your news. Maybe you can post installments every so often to keep us updated on how things are going!

| I bought a CVS digital pregnancy test and followed the instructions to a T and it came back see leaflet however, when I pulled the stick out of the digital reader there is a very noticeable blue line and another faint blue line. But it says in the leaflet disregard this and only go by the result window. Obviously I got a defected test (of course) does anyone one who has taken a CVS digital pregnancy test had a positive result with these blue lines???? Help!!!! |
| Faint lines are the same as dark lines. It just means it is early in the pregnancy. It happened to me with my 2 children. |
| with a faint line you are pregnant. congrats. |
LOL! I just went thru this but I found my paper... I had 1 blue line in each window... if this is the same test you have this means NEGATIVE... a (+) in the big window and (-) in the small window mean POSITIVE... 2 blanks mean invalid. Hope this helps

| Ok I am traveling away from home and like another poster(also using CVS pregnancy test) put a stick in my bag to test at my parents, the test had one bold and one faint line so I assumed I was possibly pregnant and this being the first for me I started thinking of clever ways to tell my husband then my parents. I bought cute girl and boy shoes for them to open but then thought ok I need to make sure so I bought a First Response and now it is reading with one line as not pregnant - ugh - what an emotional roller coaster - I guess I should do another test to be sure but why would one have the strong and faint line with the CVS test and the First Response is only one line for not pregnant - ugh!! |
| Okay I got one test from cvs and another at the dollar store well the first one didn't say nothing but the second one said negative but im spoting every month |
| What if. Spoting and both test said negative |
| For this test I had one line in the square window | and a + in the circle can someone help me am pregnant... |
