Sure, rooms are more than $700 a night and it has chain restaurants. Bravo.

Seriously, there are real questions about how the Trump Organization violated its promises that were material elements of the Federal tender award, including hiring a particular architect and preservation of historic elements inside the building.

Yes, he violated that part of the contract. He also agreed to bring on a multibillion-dollar real estate investment, Colony Capital. Instead of teaming up with Colony as advertised, Trump put the federal lease on the property up as collateral to secure a $170M loan.

Make America Great Again by borrowing hundreds of millions from the Germans! I thought he was worth $10,000,000,000. That's effectively pocket change.

You sound like a true real estate mogul. Please give us more valuable insight.

Ivanka supports one of the most openly racist, misogynistic, xenophobic fools for president. She could fly to the mars on her own and I would still say she is a crappy person.

Sounds like it.

Deplorables was a really good word. She never should have walked it back. She speaks truth.

At those prices and no good restaurant to go to (I have no issue with BLT, but it's not an interesting place you'd seek out), I wouldn't stay there even without the Trump name. With the Trump name, they could over the rooms for free and I still wouldn't stay there or recommend it to clients. There are too many good options at better prices in the city, and I wouldn't want to take the risk of clients thinking I support Trump.

Can't you get anything right, not Beyer than it was BEYYER THEN expected.

OP is most likely not a basket. I have my suspicions about whether she belongs in a basket of nuts.

Yes. BEYYER is the precedent to expected. It's a Trump syllogism.

So, in order to get this property the boost it needs then Trump has to win the election. It will fill for the inauguration and then he can hold meetings there as he does in Mar-a-Lago.
