But don't women want to be treated as equals?

Why is it that men will complain about fixing the wage gap or representation in congress but when it comes to violence they think things should be totally equal? Hmmmmmmmmmm if only I could think of a reason....

OP, I don't think of this as an inequality thing or some shit LOL

Does your fiance has a bad temper in general? Being so irritated with such a minor thing is indicative of a certain level of aggression. I don't appreciate this in men. A grown-up should be able to control himself a little better than that.

DTMF who refers to it as "flicked off" A!

Including, evidently, yourselves.

Wouldn't want to offend those delicate sensibilities! She might be overcome by the vapors!

Anger issues. Red flag #1

Uncouth, sure, but not a big deal in the grander scheme of things.

How is this possibly a big deal? He got aggravated at a driver and gave them the finger? Am I missing something?

I occasionally do this - I usually just honk, but sometimes a middle finger just makes me feel better! The last time this happened, I was waiting in a line of cars to turn off rock creek park during rush hour. Some asshole sped down the lane next to the line and tried to cut in front of me at the front of the line. This line is there EVERY DAY and takes 5 minutes or so to wait through, so this ass was making the line longer for everyone to save himself 5 minutes. I didn't let him in and he got in behind me and started laying on his horn. So I gave him the finger and took a picture on my phone. Felt very satisfied.

No, OP is just such a pearl clutcher that she can't even use the correct term for the gesture.

Are you male or female?

sounds like you are both assholes for impeding traffic. Let me guess, he pulled to the curb in a lane of traffic so your pretty little princess ass wouldn't have to walk more than a few steps?

I don't know. I'm a very calm, mellow person and always tell DH not to aggravate people on other cars because you never know who's got a gun, etc. But, even I have lost my cool and flicked off/honked my horn at someone who was being a colossal jerk on the road. It's not a huge deal, unless it's a pattern or you're picking up on other red flags about your fiancé. Are there other things going on?
