Interruptions while working from home

If this is a routine thing to work at home, you need a dedicated space for it.

Having a dedicated schedule would be ideal but I understand it might not be possible.

But definitely a dedicated space, and to be clear when you're working to DH.

Sometimes I make appointments with my spouse. Like, hey spouse, you have a-b-c stuff to do this evening, and I have x-y-z stuff to get done. How about we get our other stuff done, and meet in the living room afterward at 9 p.m.
