Jury duty in DC superior court : dress code? Ipad?

Think of how you might want a jury to dress if you were on trial..

I'd want them to look like they took this seriously and respectfully. I would think business casual.

Agreed.....I think some people dress "lousy" so one doesn't get picked for a jury.

Um if I were on trial I wouldn't be worried about the juror's dress. Maybe I'm a simpleton.

Um if I were on trial I wouldn't be worried about the juror's dress. Maybe I'm a simpleton.

Is it really too much to ask of citizens to expect that they demonstrate respect for the court and our judicial system by dressing appropriately?
