How to protect DD from inappropriate suggestions, photos, etc.

OP here again. To clarify, it was a very hot day and the boy was running around shirtless after a while. It didn't seem all that scandalous that he had suggsted to DD (as well as to his sister, apparently) that they take off their tops too, at least not something rising to the level of molestation or whatever you want to call it. He's 9 or 10 years old, I don't recall exactly.

Then again, I now wonder if anything else happened that I wasn't told about. But other than saying the brother was weird, and telling me about the shirt comment when I asked what she meant, DD didn't seem upset or anything, so I didn't think it needed to be escalated.

I'm explicit with my kids about asking permission to take pictures and also to "share pictures with friends". Kids are still small but I'm trying to instill and model that you don't share pictures without consent.
