Affair trigger that can't be avoided

I have these triggers, albeit it is not due to a cheating spouse, but also traumatic events that happened to me. I try to avoid these triggers as much as possible, but I get anxiety just thinking that I might happen upon one (eg. the equivalent to you going to a wedding and expecting there to be a toast). Sorry, I don't have any answers for you.

It may help to read up on this just to understand it better. Also, I'm reading a book called Divorce Busters (old book but still has relevant info), which may give you some help.

I read that book. Not sure the advice is anything spectacular. DCUM can tell you everything for free.
