How much does that help though? all the articles I just spent the last hour reading basically say they come from the plumbing/drains?

Apparently they also spend all their lifetime in the house. So can the pest control find where all the eggs are laid?

Ugh they're so creepy and big. I don't care if they eat the spiders- they're so fast and scary!!!

I get my house sprayed monthly, and they start dying right away (I find them dead). After a few months of spraying, I hardly find any now.

yeah but breast cancer?

I agree they are ugly as sin but they run away fast when exposed to lights or people. I call them eyebrow bugs because they look like the worst version of someone's eyebrows.

Clean your drains, get a bathroom fan if you do t have one, and run a dehumidifier. Also keep the lights on in rooms where you are awake. You will not see them as much.

We had them too when we first moved into our home. Get some boric acid and a sprayer that puffs the powder underneath the floor board. Works great for most bugs and is pretty safe. They eat live bugs so if the other bugs are dead they seem to disappear. Also buy a bunch of swatters from target. We have about 5 and leave them all over the house. They are fast but mostly harmless. First time I saw one in our toilet I almost died. It was huge.
