Yep. We went to the Westover Beer Garden today with toddler. Definitely kid friendly, though no kid entertainment per se. The girl's soccer team came in while we were there, and at least two other families with young kids. And they have much beer to choose from for adults.

Next door to the Beer Garden is a general store that have some pretty neat and inexpensive games that kids can play at the table if you want entertainment for them. Saturday, so there may be live musicians, too.

I'm a little embarrassed to post this, and it's probably totally not what you are looking for... But...
Joe's Crab Shack in Fairfax has an indoor playground area right next to the dining room with slides and a few other things.

I've had this place bookmarked, and met the owner, who was awesome, but we haven't been yet. Seems very family friendly with kid games, beer, and BBQ.

There is a play area with sprinklers in mosaic district and there are a few restaurants with outdoor seating right there. It's right near the film center. Always seems to be pretty busy. They even do outdoor movies in the summer I think.

Thank you for adding this to the discussion. Maybe not what the OP is looking for but helpful to other parents none the less.

Vanish is great with kids. Lots of room to run around. The beer is very good. The BBQ was underwhelming, especially considering that Bryan Voltaggio is behind it, but it ymmv (my dh really liked it).

Caboose in Vienna is very kid friendly in the outside space.

Drove by the Tysons Biergarten the other day. It has a large outdoor space (it is a biergarten afterall!) with corn hole and some other outdoor games. Not necessarily kid games, but I don't see why kids couldn't play corn hole too. Looks like it could work for you, OP.

If you can get an outdoor seat at Rustico in Ballston, there is a fountain right next to it that kids are always playing in.

Pretty much all the breweries in Loudoun have play areas to cater to breeders wishing to neglect their parental duties. Have a blast!
