Appeal without WISC/new test scores

Glad to be of help. There is a level 4 screening summary data form in parent information packet. That is the form that the school includes, along with the score reports, gbrs and work samples. That form has NNat, Cogat, wisc and other tests. AART fills that form out with the latest numbers available, and includes copies of the report.

My son got similar scores like yours, I suspected something odd but hesitated to have him take the WISC V at GMU. I decided to go ahead last minute and it paid off big time. It turned out he performed in the 99th percentile of the WISC. I am talking about 20 points difference between the CogAt and the WISC. So, do what your instinct tells you as you know your child best.
