Dealing with critical parent

Np here. That is so absurd. No one cares--or, I should say, no one SHOULD care-- if a kid wears snow boots every day. Seems obvious that this is a battle not worth fighting daily, it's not hurting anyone, and it's a phase. Get a life, my gosh.

OMG! You are the parent. Make those boots disappear and so your DS can stop looking ridiculous! The teachers are talking about him!

lol! The teachers are talking about him? I'm guessing this is a 2 or 3 yo. And if the teachers talk about weird things little kids do, they are probably a million other examples in their classes before they bother to get around to this one.
