I really wouldn't worry about this.

Happened to me! Wasn't having sex after my FET and the positive pregnancy and had orgasms in my sleep the first few weeks of pregnancy.

But they specifically tell you not to have one the first few days after transfer...there must be a reason why its not a good idea those first couple of days.
