Do u exercise early in the AM before work?

I'm up at 5:20 and on the treadmill by 5:30. I'm showered by 6:30 and dressesed, fed, and painted by 7:30 when DS wakes up. Out the door by 8am.


I go to bed around 10ish. I get very tired if I don't exercise for a couple of weeks, I don't crash, it actually has the opposite effect. Of COURSE at the beginning of any exercise regime, you will be very tired the first few weeks until your body adjusts, but in the long run, you will have more energy. I also don't sleep well if I don't exercise.

I could NEVER exercise after work. I value my time with my child too much to spend waking hours exercising instead of spending time with him. Not to mention, I just want to unwind and realx after work.
