Yes.

The lights are also dimmed and there is diaper changing right there (and snack cart).

They are still offered in Fairfax, but it's once per month, not every other week. It's typically the third Thursday of the month at noon and they usually have a free Gymboree class beforehand, so get there early and have fun!

They still do it at the Majestic in Silver Spring on Wed mornings. You have to call the theater on Monday afternoon to find out which movies they'll be showing (there are usually two options). They don't have a changing station or a snack cart, and while the volume is lower and the lights are dimmed, it was still too dark and too loud for my 3-month-old. He screamed bloody murder in the theater, but was his usual smiley self the second we walked out, about 10 minutes into the movie!
