How Long to Get Pregnant after Pill?

for me it only took six weeks both times. One period, and then the next month, I was pregnant. I was 31 the first time and 34 the second time.

OP - same stats apply to you (and everybody else who was on the pill such as myself), about 85% of couples conceive within a year of stopping birth control.

So chances are good, and two months of trying is nothing in terms of statistics.

Highly recommend Taking Charge of Your Fertility if you want to learn more about your body. Otherwise just have fun, relax, it'll happen.

I was on the pill for ten years, got off the pill, started trying after two months (just to make sure the cycles were regular), got pregnant at month three, had a miscarriage, and have been trying again for 6 months and trying to be patient.

you are very fertile after you go off the pill. I would wait a couple of months to avoid having twins. (that is what my dr. told me)

I went off the pill and got pregnant 3 weeks later. I was really surprised, but my doctor told me that sometimes it is really easy right when you go off because your body is still regular for a couple cycles. I had been on it 9 years, and was 28.
