It is odd that Loudoun has much smaller classes than FCPS although I think they don't have the same FRM rate. I know they have half day K which helps on the cost. Do they have aides in their classrooms too for K?

17 at Lyles-Crouch in Alexandria. Very happy with school and classes.

ACPS both my kindergartener and 1st grader have 17 and 16! We are one of the better elementary schools.

To add, that's 17 with a teacher and full time aide. We love Lyles-Crouch!

Fairfax elementary 28 in K and we had 34 in 3rd. Awful.

At some schools they let parents choose AM or PM K. As a result some of the classes are really disproportionate. My friends son is in PM K (13 kids) but AM has 20+.
