this is what i ate
http://www.annies.com/products/baking/chocolate-chunk-cookie-dough i bought them because I thought they'd be fun to make with my 2 year old daughter! then i started eating and couldn't stop. if it helps, I ate them slowly over the course of the day. should i make myself throw up? i shouldn't get salmonella, right? i mean, the stuff is pasteurized... |
+1 Don't do it regularly. But once in a while, we all go a little nuts. |
Over the course of the day? You are totally fine!
|
NO. DON'T MAKE YOURSELF THROW UP. You'll be fine. Perhaps a stomach ache. Maybe a little constipation. But it'll pass. Don't make eating an entire pack of cookie dough a regular habit, however. |
| I'm nauseated for you |
| You will have a tummy ache. Other than that, nothing. |
| Store bought cookie dough doesn't have salmonella |
| Pregnant woman here- YUM! |
| I ate a whole can of frosting once. I was find. |
When I was breast feeding I ate constantly, basically all cheese and ice cream, and lost all the baby weight plus another 20 pounds. Once I stopped, I started eating "right" again and gained 20 pounds. Sigh. |
You're right. It has E. Coli. http://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/food-poisoning/20111209/raw-cookie-dough-ready-to-bake-not-ready-to-eat http://abcnews.go.com/US/eating-raw-cookie-dough-led-moms-death-son/story?id=26896037 |

| I've done similar multiple times, and have lived to tell the tale. I miss my old metabolism when I could do it without weight gain. Don't think it would work that way anymore for me. |
