7 year old wet the bed- only time this has happened ever. Should I be concerned?

I always made my toilet trained kids wear diapers (till they were 7-8) whenever they had to take cold or cough medicine at night, or whenever they were sick. All their bedtime accidents always happened when there was some type of ingredient in their medicine which made them sleepy and lethargic.

Happens to mine often. Potty trained himself at 2, except for nights. No big deal.

If it happens again ask pediatrician. I wouldn't worry about one time.

Was just going to post something similar. I wasn't having any issues of any kind and at 12 I wet the bed. Never happened again. I wouldn't worry about it this one time either OP. I know it can be concerning though.

I actually think that's kind of abusive. But you didn't ask my opinion.
